A collection of shark teeth that my father has found on his construction sites over the years.
The top left is a megalodon tooth.

This is one of the many places I come from.. Back in the good ‘ol Junior High days, I struggled with something that I later found out many do: bulimia. Now, I really hope that I don’t have to explain what that is to you, but if you truly don’t know I will. Anyway, it became out of hand and I suppose someone upstairs put someone in my path and they helped. Thank God they did, too. It didn’t hit me until after I stopped that I knew exactly what I had been doing to myself. This is where my insecurity and self image issues began developing. I’ll never really forget those days. They were horrible. But, I also learned something from them. Bulimia is not the right way to become a better you. I wish I knew that then. But, we learn greatly from our mistakes. If you are struggling with this, or any other eating disorders… Please seek help. Whether it’s someone you don’t know or me or whoever. You’re body is beautiful and you need to realize that. You are not a number.
